After School Program
We pick up from most local are schools. Upon arrival students have homework & snack time, followed by martial arts training and end the day with games and activities. Pick up time is 6 pm daily.
Youth Martial Arts
The youth training program includes martial arts and fitness classes the program promotes confidence and leadership through physical skill building. Participants between the ages of 7-16 will start learning basic martial arts skills inlcuding kicks, punches, blocks and forms. All students are eligible to test every 3 months for their new belt rank as long as curriculum requirements are met.
